FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Do you really build everything in the USA?

Yes. Our suspension components are designed, laser cut, and hand TIG welded in Cedar City, Utah.

What are your typical lead times?

Most Cedar kits are built to order. Standard lead times are usually 4–8 weeks, depending on demand and coating options. We’ll update you if your order falls outside that window.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship across the continental United States and selected international locations. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Large suspension kits ship in multiple boxes and may require freight.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not entered production or shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once parts are in production, changes may be limited and cancellation may be subject to a restocking or processing fee.

Do I need a professional to install your kits?

We strongly recommend installation by a qualified shop or technician familiar with UTV suspension. Proper torque, alignment, and safety checks are critical to performance and longevity.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Cedar Suspension Co. offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Impact damage, misuse, improper installation, or racing abuse are not covered. Full warranty terms will be listed on our Warranty page.

BUILT FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE

WHO WE ARE

JRi Suspension was born in the red rock and high desert around Cedar City, Utah — a place where trucks and UTVs aren’t hobbies, they’re how you get to the good stuff. After years of building and testing suspension in real conditions, we set out to create kits that match the way we actually ride: long miles, hard hits, no excuses.

Every arm, tab, and bracket we make starts with a simple rule: if we wouldn’t run it on our own machines, it doesn’t leave the shop. Our components are hand TIG welded in the USA, laser-cut from specialty steels, and proven over thousands of race-tested miles. We obsess over the details you don’t always see — internal and external gusseting, grooved Delrin bushings, proper geometry — because that’s what you feel at the wheel.

JRi Suspension. exists for riders who expect more from their UTV: more comfort, more confidence, and more control when the terrain gets real. From the first mockup to the final torque check, we’re building parts that honor where we come from and where you’re going next.
