By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with Cedar Suspension Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

Many Cedar Suspension Company products are designed for off-road use and may alter the handling, center of gravity, and overall performance of a vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure that the installation and use of any product complies with all applicable laws and regulations and is appropriate for your vehicle and intended use.

Cedar Suspension Company strongly recommends that all products be installed by a qualified professional with appropriate tools and safety equipment. Improper installation or misuse can result in vehicle damage, personal injury, or death.

By purchasing or installing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with the installation and use of the products.
• You are responsible for regularly inspecting components for wear, damage, or loosening.
• Cedar Suspension Company is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, racing, or failure to follow instructions.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is described in our separate Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Returns Policy in effect at the time of your purchase.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in a written warranty provided by Cedar Suspension Company with a specific product, all products and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedar Suspension Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
