Shipping Policy

All required shipping costs, insurance, export/import duties, tariffs, taxes (foreign and domestic), and any other related costs and risks consistent with the designated shipping method shall be borne solely by the Buyer. JRi Suspension Company is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any customs fees, tariffs, import duties, brokerage fees, VAT, or other governmental charges assessed in connection with the shipment.

Packaging of the products is included in the price and shall be in accordance with the standard practices of JRi Suspension Company. The risk of loss to the products shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the Buyer or to a carrier or shipper for delivery to the Buyer, whichever occurs first.

Built-to-Order Parts and Lead Times

Certain products offered by JRi Suspension Company are built to order. Typical lead times for built-to-order parts are approximately eight (8) weeks from the time the order is accepted. These lead times are estimates only and may be subject to longer time frames due to factors including, but not limited to, manufacturer capacity, material availability, powdercoating schedules, carrier delays, or other issues outside the control of JRi Suspension Company.

By placing an order for any built-to-order product, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that delivery timelines are approximate and that JRi Suspension Company shall not be liable for delays arising from such factors, provided JRi Suspension Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to complete and ship the order as soon as practicable.

Delivery and Acceptance

Delivery by JRi Suspension Company to the Buyer or to a carrier or shipper for delivery to the Buyer shall constitute delivery of the products. Delivery of the products shall constitute acceptance of the products by the Buyer unless notice of defect or nonconformity is received by JRi Suspension Company within ten (10) days of Buyer’s receipt thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any use of the product by the Buyer, its agents, employees, contractors, or licensees, for any purpose after receipt thereof, shall constitute acceptance of that product by the Buyer.

JRi Suspension Company agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products in accordance with the delivery timeframe or schedule identified at the time of order. All delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to change based on availability, carrier performance, and other factors outside the control of JRi Suspension Company.

Buyer agrees to provide evidence of completion of payment arrangements satisfactory to JRi Suspension Company (including, without limitation, a valid form of payment and any required authorization or approval) at the time of placing the order. JRi Suspension Company reserves the right to withhold shipment until such payment arrangements have been confirmed.
